Abstract:

This wireless communication system includes an entity (1) configured in a manner so as to transmit a fee charging rule formation command to a PCRF (55) when a device action request containing trigger information transmitted to an MTC device (3) has been received from an SCS (2). The fee charging rule formation command includes a first address indicating a node or network that is the communication destination in the case that the MTC device has received the trigger information. As a result, for example, it is possible to charge an MTC device communication fee to customers using the MTC device.
