Abstract:
In the present invention, a ground base station (10) and a high-altitude base station (20) perform transmission beam sweeping in a direction toward a terminal (30). The terminal (30) performs reception beam sweeping in a direction toward the ground base station (10) for a predetermined length of time, and if the ground base station (10) is found, establishes connection with the ground base station (10). The terminal (30), if the ground base station (10) is not found, starts reception beam sweeping in a direction toward the high-altitude base station (20), and if the high-altitude base station (20) is found, establishes connection with the high-altitude base station (20).
