Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a wireless connection method and device. The method comprises: a second device receives a first Bluetooth broadcast message of a first device, the first Bluetooth broadcast message comprising a first channel pointer; receive a second Bluetooth broadcast message of the first device on a channel pointed at by the first channel pointer, the second Bluetooth broadcast message comprising a WiFi direct connection address of the first device; send a first Bluetooth message to the first device, the first Bluetooth message comprising a WiFi direct connection address of the second device; perform a WiFi direct connection operation according to the WiFi direct connection address of the first device and the WiFi direct connection address of the second device. According to the method and device provided by the embodiments of the present application, the time for performing WiFi direct connection can be shortened, and the efficiency of direct connection is improved.
