Abstract:
In a wireless device using the same carrier frequency for transmission and reception, a direct current component, which is generated by interfering waves such as carrier leak in a base band signal demodulated by a demodulator (DEM) in the receiving circuit, is stored and held by a sample hold circuit (SH), the direct current component is removed by a differential amplifier circuit at the subsequent step, and amplification of a desired base band signal is performed at a high gain.
