Abstract:
An extraction unit (66) detects a movement from a first area to a second area, the first area and the second area being defined as areas with different priorities from each other. When detecting the movement, the extraction unit (66) changes communication processing defined in the first area to communication processing defined in the second area. A notification unit (70) provides notification of the change of the area when the movement is detected. The priority of the first area and the priority of the second area are defined according to the importance of a signal to be reported from a processing unit (56).
