Abstract:
In an electrical power transmission device (101) that is part of a wireless electrical power transmission system, a voltage generating circuit applies a voltage between an active electrode (11) and a passive electrode (121). An electrical power receiving device (201), when mounted on the electrical power transmission device (101), inputs the voltage generated between an active electrode (21) that opposes the active electrode (11), and a passive electrode (22) that opposes or is in contact with the passive electrode (121), into a load circuit as a power-supply voltage. The passive electrodes (121, 122, 123, 124) of the electrical power transmission device (101) are provided so as to electrically shield the opposing active electrodes (11, 21) with respect to a grounding wire. With this configuration, the potential in the electrical power transmission device and the electrical power receiving device is stabilized while electrical power is transmitted from the electrical power transmission device to the electrical power receiving device, and a wireless electrical power transmission system that does not cause the electrical power receiving device to malfunction, an electrical power transmission device, and an electrical power receiving device are obtained.
