Abstract:
Provided is a wireless IC module that functions as an RFID system even when a metal article is mounted thereon. A loop electrode (7) is formed on the mounting surface of a wireless IC module (6) so that the loop face of the loop electrode (7) faces almost perpendicularly. The loop electrode (7) acts as a magnetic field antenna and is electromagnetically coupled with a metal article (60) so that the surface of the metal article (60) acts as an antenna radiator.
