Abstract:
Provided is a wireless measurement device that efficiently measures the frequency characteristics of a sensor unit attached to an element being measured. The wireless measurement device is for measuring the frequency characteristics of a sensor unit (10) attached to an element being measured (40), and includes: the sensor unit (10) which has a piezoelectric resonator (11); an antenna (20) for creating a circuit network with the sensor unit (10); and a measurement means (30) which supplies frequency-modulated high-frequency power to the circuit network and measures the frequency characteristics of the power intensity reflected from the circuit network.
