Abstract:

As a wireless module that can suppress the deterioration of antenna characteristics and improve heat dissipation characteristics, the present invention provides a wireless module comprising: a first substrate in which a plurality of antenna parts and a ground part are arranged on one surface of the first substrate; and a heat-dissipating member arranged so as to oppose said one surface of the first substrate. The heat-dissipating member includes openings where the respective antenna parts open, and partitioning parts that partition the openings. The ground part is arranged between the first substrate and the heat-dissipating member.
