Provided is a base station device which: receives a bandwidth assistant information request from a terminal device; sends a request to a mobility management device for subscriber bandwidth information of terminal devices accommodated by the base station device; receives from the mobility management device the subscriber bandwidth information of a terminal device connected to the base station device; and transmits bandwidth assistant information to the terminal device.
