A first wireless segment is set up between an IAB node (10B) and a parent IAB node (10A), while a second wireless segment is set up between the IAB node (10B) and a child IAB node (10C) and/or an UE (20). The IAB node (10B) is provided with: a reception unit (104) which receives, from the parent IAB node (10A), configuration information of wireless resources used for the first wireless segment or the second wireless segment; and a control unit (100) which, in the case of an MT (102), recognize that the configuration information represents at least one of downlink, uplink, and flexible, and, in the case of a DU (103), recognize that the flexible portion indicates availability of wireless resources.
