Embodiments of the present application provide a wireless power supply device, a passive electronic device, and a wireless communication method and system. The method comprises: a wireless power supply device transmitting a finite energy signal by electromagnetic waves to detect a passive electronic device; the wireless power supply device receiving a detection response signal fed back by the passive electronic device by electromagnetic waves; the wireless power supply device establishing a wireless magnetic power supply channel on the basis of the detection response signal, and continuously supplying power to the passive electronic device via the channel; and in the process of continuously supplying power: the wireless power supply device and the passive electronic device establishing a secure wireless data channel, and transmitting configuration information via the channel; and the wireless power supply device establishing a high-speed wireless data channel with the passive electronic device on the basis of the configuration information. The embodiments of the present application improve efficiency of data transmission between a wireless power supply device and a passive electronic device while supplying power to the passive electronic device.
