A wireless power supply device of the present invention is equipped with: a power supply coil provided in a power supply side device; a high-frequency power supply circuit for applying a high-frequency voltage to the power supply coil; a power receiving coil provided in a power receiving side device disposed facing the power supply side device and electromagnetically coupling with the power supply coil to receive wirelessly supplied high-frequency power; a power receiving circuit for converting the high-frequency power received by the power receiving coil and supplying the converted power to an electric load of the power receiving side device; and an auxiliary coil provided in the power supply side device and interlinking with at least a part of a magnetic circuit for electromagnetically coupling the power supply coil and the power receiving coil with each other. This makes it possible to measure at least one of the degree of electromagnetic coupling and the magnitude of the power supply current flowing through the power supply coil using the auxiliary coil assembled interlinking with the magnetic circuit, thereby obtaining a high-performance wireless power supply device having an added function while having a simple structure.
