Abstract:
According to embodiments, a wireless power transmission device may comprise: a power source; a first power amplifier configured to provide a first radio frequency (RF) signal on the basis of a driving voltage provided from the power source; a transmission coil used to transmit power to the outside on the basis of the first RF signal; a matching circuit for providing impedance matching between the transmission coil and the first power amplifier; and a bias circuit configured to provide a bias voltage to the matching circuit. An input terminal of the bias circuit may be connected to a first terminal of a first transistor included in the first power amplifier. An output terminal of the bias circuit may be connected to a second terminal of a second transistor included in the matching circuit. The bias circuit may be configured to provide the bias voltage to the second terminal of the second transistor on the basis of the first RF signal from the first terminal of the first transistor.
