Abstract:
A relay device in this wireless power transmission system comprises: a relay-side reception antenna which receives transmission-side AC power from a transmission-side transmission antenna; a relay-side rectifier which converts the transmission-side AC power into relay-side DC power; a relay-side inverter circuit which converts the relay-side DC power into relay-side AC power; and a relay-side transmission antenna which wirelessly transmits the relay-side AC power. When the relay device transmits data to a transmission device by using amplitude modulation, the relay device changes the amplitude of the voltage of the transmission-side AC power received by the relay-side reception antenna between a first amplitude (V1) and a second amplitude (V2), and performs control to eliminate the difference between a third amplitude (V3) of the relay-side AC power corresponding to the first amplitude (V1) and a fourth amplitude (V4) of the relay-side AC power corresponding to the second amplitude (V2).
