Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a wireless sensor network system that is capable of preventing propagation delays and the concentration of traffic loads at a specified terminal, and is capable of efficiently operating a system overall. [Solution] The present invention is a wireless sensor network system configured as follows: a sensor terminal sends a join request to a management terminal via an existing node at a first transmission output; the management terminal calculates the traffic load of nodes on the reception path of the join request and if the number of hops and the traffic load are both within a permissible range the management terminal sets the communication route of that sensor terminal to be the reception path, and if the number of hops and/or the load is not within a permissible range, the management terminal outputs an instruction to the sensor terminal instructing it to directly connect to the management terminal or to a specified node with a low traffic load, at a second transmission output that is greater than the first transmission output, to reconstruct the communication path; and when this instruction is received, the sensor terminal transmits to the management terminal or the specified node at the second transmission output when transmitting data addressed to the management terminal.
