Abstract:
Provided are an entry/exit management system (1) and a wireless tag (3) that do not require the adjustment of transmission strengths of detection signals in accordance with the width of a gate (15). In this entry/exit management system (1), a pair of first antenna devices (4) is arranged on opposite sides of a gate (15) with the center of a passageway of the gate sandwiched therebetween. The gate (15) is provided at a boundary of a management area (A0). The management area (A0) is an area in which the entry and exit of users are managed. The pair of first antenna devices (4) each sends a detection signal to the other side. A wireless tag (3) receives the detection signals sent from the respective first antenna devices (4). The wireless tag (3) sends a response signal when both signal strengths of the detection signals from the pair of first antenna devices (4) have signal strengths equal to or greater than a first threshold.
