Abstract:

In a connected mode, a UE 100 measures a downlink reference signal on the basis of a "Measurement Config" received from an eNB 200, and issues a measurement report. In cases when the "Measurement Config" has not been received from the eNB 200, the UE 100 transmits, to the eNB 200, a measurement configuration request requesting transmission of the "Measurement Config". The UE 100 receives the "Measurement Config" transmitted from the eNB 200 in accordance with the measurement configuration request.
