Abstract:
The present invention enables a wireless terminal to be easily connected to an appropriate access point even when the wireless terminal does not have a dedicated function for switching access points in accordance with the type of information service utilized by a user. A connection control device is configured by being provided with a service utilization information acquisition unit for acquiring information pertaining to the type of information service utilized at a wireless terminal, an access point selection unit for selecting at least one access point to be switched from a plurality of access points in accordance with the type of information service, a connection prohibition command unit for issuing a connection prohibition command concerning a wireless terminal STA to other access points located in the vicinity of the access point to be switched, and a disconnection command unit for issuing a wireless terminal STA disconnection command to a destination access point after having issued the connection prohibition command.
