A wireless terminal that performs traffic steering between a mobile communication network and a wireless LAN, said wireless terminal equipped with: a reception unit that receives, as a determination parameter for determining whether to perform the traffic steering, an individual parameter reported individually from a cell provided in the mobile communication network; and a control unit that discards the individual parameter when the wireless terminal transitions to an idle state with respect to the cell and subsequently performs a connection process with respect to the cell.
