Abstract:

In a wiring board C, a base 1 has a protruding section 1d that protrudes toward the outside from one side of the base 1. In the protruding section 1d, the center section of the main surface has a shape that rises from the outer circumferential edge 1b side thereof, with a plurality of external connection terminals 3a disposed on the main surface. A composite board D comprises the wiring board C, and a frame member E made of metal. The frame member E has an opening E1 that corresponds to the shape of the protruding section 1d in plan view, and the frame member E is disposed such that the periphery of the protruding section 1d is embedded while the opening E1 surrounds the protruding section 1d. An electrical device F comprises an electrical element G on a front surface 1e of the wiring board C.
