Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a wiring board that allows for strong coupling between an external terminal and the wiring of an external circuit board. [Solution] A wiring board (1) provided with: an insulated substrate (11) having two main surfaces opposing each other, side surfaces joining the two main surfaces, and recessed parts (12) recessed from the side surfaces and joining at least one of the two main surfaces; and external terminals (13) provided to extend from one of the main surfaces to the inside surface of the recessed part (12), and having projecting parts (131) provided along the recessed parts (12) on one of the main surface sides.
