Abstract:
A wiring line material (82, 83) has a first main surface, a second main surface and a lateral surface. The wiring line material has a recessed and projected structure over the entire first main surface, and is provided with a conductive black layer. A solar cell (101, 102, 103) has a recessed and projected structure in a light receiving surface. A solar cell module (200) is provided with a solar cell string wherein a plurality of solar cells, each of which has a light receiving surface and a back surface, are electrically connected with each other by means of the wiring line material; and a metal electrode provided on the back surface of each solar cell is connected to the first main surface of the wiring line material.
