Abstract:
Provided are a wiring sheet (10), a solar battery cell with the wiring sheet (10), and a solar battery module. In the wiring sheet (10), p-type wires (13) and n-type wires (12) are alternately arranged one by one with a space in a second direction (51) to constitute an alternate arrangement portion (20), and a flow-out preventing portion (18) is provided outside the alternate arrangement portion (20). Also provided are a solar battery cell with a wiring sheet, in which a junction layer (17) is provided between a backside-electrode type solar battery cell (30) and the wiring sheet (10) and the flow-out preventing portion (18) is provided outside the junction layer (17), and a solar battery module using the solar battery cell with a wiring sheet.
