Abstract:
Disclosed is a wiring system for a large roller, the wiring system comprising a first machine tool (1), a ball base surface grinding machine (2), a second machine tool (3) and a third machine tool (4), which are arranged in sequence from front to back. A feeding conveying line (5), a discharging conveying line (6) and a feeding and discharging mechanism (7) are arranged on the first machine tool. The feeding conveying line (5) and the discharging conveying line (6) are symmetrically arranged in a transverse direction at two sides of the first machine tool. The feeding and discharging mechanism (7) is slidably installed on the first machine tool and is located above a guide wheel of the first machine tool. Through the linkage of the three machine tools and the grinding machine, the automated transfer and processing of workpieces are realized. After compensation with a grinding wheel, additional adjustment is not needed, and similarly, when the grinding wheel and the guide wheel are replaced, the grinding wheel and the guide wheel can be conveniently replaced merely by slightly adjusting the feeding and discharging system.
