Disclosed in the present invention is a wiring terminal clamping jaw, comprising: a rotating cylinder assembly which is used for realizing different swing angles so as to clamp different types of terminals. The rotating cylinder assembly comprises: a rotating shaft to which a driving force is provided by a rotating cylinder; an initial state limiting part, used for positioning the rotating cylinder in a rotating initial state; a first state limiting part, used for positioning the rotating cylinder at a first rotating angle; and a second state limiting part, having a working position and a non-working position with respect to a bearing mounting plate. The second state limiting part is used for positioning the rotating cylinder at a second rotating angle when being located at the working position, and is used for positioning the rotating cylinder at the first rotating angle when being located at the non-working position, wherein the second rotating angle is less than the first rotating angle. The present invention solves the technical problem of clamping terminals of different models and types by using only one terminal clamping device, and also realizes clamping of terminals of special models.
