Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a wiring terminal having a high space utilization rate. The wiring terminal comprises an insulating shell (1), a cover plate (2), an operating member (3), an electric conductor (4), and an elastic clamping member (5). The electric conductor (4) and the elastic clamping member (5) are both arranged in a space defined after the insulating shell (1) and the cover plate (2) are assembled; a first end (31) of the operating member (3) is rotatably disposed on the insulating housing (1); a second end (32) of the operating member (3) is movably located in a top opening (11). The second end (32) presses against an elastic free part (52) of the elastic clamping member (5) when the second end (32) of the operating member (3) rotates when the operating member (3) is subjected to a downforce. Also provided in the present invention is an electric connector. According to the wiring terminal of the present invention, the elastic clamping member can be pressed in a labor-saving manner without extending the length of the second end of the operating member; a wire can be conveniently connected or taken out, and the problem that the operating member does not rebound is avoided.
