Abstract:
Disclosed are a withdrawal technology and a recovery method for a mechanical single prop with a constant resistance. The specific steps involve: detecting the work resistance and degree of deformation of the mechanical single prop with a constant resistance, loosening lug bolts (11) of a recyclable base, knocking the lower part of a cylinder of the mechanical single prop with a constant resistance to disengage same from a recyclable base (2), and dismantling the mechanical single prop with a constant resistance. Components and parts are sorted and recovered according to the degree of deformation thereof. By using the above method to normalize the withdrawal and recovery technology for the mechanical single prop with a constant resistance, easy and fast disassembly of the mechanical single prop with a constant resistance is achieved, and components that can be still used can be fully recovered and reused, thus achieving the objectives of saving energy and reducing costs.
