Abstract:
A WOLED display panel and a manufacturing method therefor. The WOLED display panel comprises a substrate (100), a WOLED array layer (200) disposed on the substrate, a thin film encapsulation layer (300) disposed on the substrate (100) and the WOLED array layer (200), and a color filtering layer (400) disposed within the thin film encapsulation layer (300); the thin film encapsulation layer (300) comprises an inorganic barrier layer (310) and an organic buffer layer (320), wherein a plurality of pixel grooves (305) is provided above a side of the inorganic barrier layer (310) that is far from the substrate (100) in correspondence with a plurality of WOLED devices, and the color filtering layer (400) is correspondingly disposed within the plurality of pixel grooves (305). By means of disposing the color filtering layer (400) inside of the thin film encapsulation layer (300), the use of a cover is reduced, making it possible to achieve flexible display while the thickness of the WOLED display panel is reduced. In addition, disposing the color filtering layer (400) inside of the thin film encapsulation layer (300) does not affect the encapsulation effect of the thin film encapsulation layer (300), and thus the chroma and color gamut of the WOLED display panel are ensured, manufacturing accuracy may be improved, and production costs may be lowered.
