Abstract:
A wood sawing machine comprises a machine frame (6), a division mechanism (7), and a dust removal mechanism (8). The division mechanism (7) comprises a saw disk assembly (70) and a saw disk cover (71). A dust suction opening and a dust suction cover (9) are disposed on the saw disk cover (71). Front and rear sides of the saw disk cover (71) are each provided with a vertical partition (72). A press roller lifting cylinder (73), a press roller lifting frame (74), and a press roller fixed frame (75) are disposed on the saw disk cover (71). The dust removal mechanism (8) comprises a dust removal cover (81), a dust removal conveying frame (82), a dust removal carrier frame (83), and a scrap storage basket (84). A material feeding guide roller and a dust removal guide roller are disposed on the dust removal conveying frame (82). A cam (85) is disposed on the dust removal guide roller. Front and rear sides of the dust removal cover (81) are respectively provided with a material feeding conveying roller (86) and a material discharging conveying roller (87). The division mechanism (7) has an automatic material feeding function and a multidirectional guide structure, thereby ensuring manufacturing stability. The dust removal mechanism (8) uses the cam (85) to generate impacts and vibration, so as to clean a sheet. The overall manufacturing process eliminates the need for manual operations, thereby reducing labor intensity, shortening manufacturing time, and improving productivity. Automatic machine manufacturing ensures precision and improves product quality.
