[16]

[17] Brief Description of the Drawings

[18] The above and other objects, features and advantages of the present invention will b e more clearly understood from the following detailed description taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, in which:

[19] FlG. 1 is a perspective view showing a preferred embodiment of the present invention; and

[20] FlG. 2 is a sectional view showing the embodiment shown in FlG. 1.

[21]

[22] Best Mode for Carrying out the Invention

[23] The following detailed description of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. The same reference numbers in different drawings identify the same or similar elements. Also, the following detailed description does not limit the invention. Instead, the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims and equivalents.

[24] FlG. 2 is a sectional view showing an embodiment of the present invention.

Referring to FlG. 2, a decoration sheet of the present invention is comprised of a wood film 10, an affixed paper 20 which is attached to a rear surface of the wood film 10, an adhesive layer 30 formed on a rear surface of the affixed paper 20, a release paper 40 attached to a rear surface of the adhesive layer 30 and a perfume painting layer 50

formed on a front surface of the wood film 10.

[25] The wood film 10 is manufactured by slicing a wood, having an approximate thickness of 0.2mm to 0.4mm. Such a wood film 10 has the affixed paper 20 attached to the rear surface thereof. The affixed paper 20 is used to prevent the wood film 10 from being split, which is formed of a thin paper or cloth and adhered to the wood film 10 using an adhesive.

[26] The adhesive layer 30 is formed on the rear surface of the affixed paper 20.

Preferably, the adhesive layer 30 is formed of a flame proofing adhesive. The flame proofing adhesive is a water-soluble acryl adhesive having antimony and bromine added thereto as flame proofing agents. The flame proofing property will be enhanced as a relative quantity of added antimony and bromine increases. However, since adhesive strength may become weak as the relative quantity of antimony oxide and bromine increases, added quantity of them is suitably controlled considering that matter. Preferably, a weighted ratio of the antimony oxide and bromine to the water- soluble acryl adhesive is approximately 5-10wt part to 100wt part. Preferably, the affixed paper 20 is also attached to the wood film 10 using such a flame proofing adhesive.

[27] The release paper 40 is attached to the rear surface of the adhesive layer 30 in order to prevent the adhesive layer 30 from being polluted. The release paper 40 is a release agent coated paper.

[28] Preferably, the adhesive layer 30 is formed by being coated on the release paper 40 and transferred to the rear surface of the affixed paper 20 rather than being directly coated on the rear surface of the affixed paper 20. Describing it in detail, after the flame proofing adhesive is coated on the release agent layer of the release paper 40, the release paper 40 is attached to the affixed paper 20 which is attached to the wood film 10 and passed through a heating roller. As such, the adhesive layer 30 is formed while the coated adhesive dries, that is, an adhesive property is revealed in the process of drying the adhesive and then the adhesive layer is attached to the affixed paper 20. Of course, the adhesive layer 30 may be formed by coating the affixed paper with the flame proofing adhesive. In this case, however, since the flame proofing adhesive is very thin before it becomes dry, it passes through the wood film 10 and the wood film 10 may be sticky or unclean. Therefore, as described above, it is preferable to form the adhesive layer 30 by transferring it to the rear surface of the affixed layer 20.

[29] Meanwhile, the front surface of the wood film 10 is coated with a perfume paint layer 50. Since the perfume paint layer 50 is a transparent protection layer to protect the wood film 10, the grain of the wood film are exposed as they are. The perfume paint layer 50 prevents the wood film from being damaged and enhances a quality of the wood sheet due to its gloss. The perfume paint layer 50 is produced by coating a

natural paint made of natural materials, including a linseed oil, oil of an empress tree, a pine resin glycerin ester, a calcium octoate, a soy lecithin, a smokeless drier and a natural perfume component.

[30] The natural perfume component may be herbs oil and perfume components extracted from trees, such as a phytoncide. The herbs oil may be diverse, for example, a lavender oil, a geranium oil, a bergamot oil, an eucalyptus oil, a lemon oil, a lemongrass oil, ylang ylang oil and sandalwood oil, a peppermint oil, a spearmint oil, and a cypress oil.

[31] The lavender oil solves depression and has an effect on curing insomnia, as well as recovering mental fatigue and having an effect of preservation against decay. The geranium oil has a rose perfume together with a mint perfume, which is efficacious on tension-relaxation and nerve stabilization. Further, it improves a circulation of blood and complexion. The bergamot oil has a thick flower perfume similar to that of orange or lemon, which has an excellent effect on apprehension, depression, tension and the like since it has a property to relax and exalt human s mind. Further, it has an effect on sterilization and disinfection. The eucalyptus oil has a peculiar perfume like biting to the taste, giving a cool feeling. The lemon oil has a strong lemon perfume, which refreshes head. Further, the lemongrass oil is a sweet and strong perfume like the lemon perfume, which gives a stimulus to mind and has an effect on fatigue release. The ylang ylang oil has a sweet flower perfume which is a strong exotic mood, and the sandalwood oil also has a delicate exotic perfume, which helps to relax the tension. The peppermint oil has a mint perfume, which has an excellent effect on mental fatigue and depression. Further, the spearmint oil has a sweet perfume more or less compared with the peppermint oil, which gives a stimulus to tired mind and flesh. The cypress oil belongs to a tree family and has a fresh and faint sweet perfume more or less, which has an effect on suppression.

[32] The phytoncide is an aromatic antibacterial material generated from trees, which emits peculiar perfumes of trees. The reason why strolling in the woods is good in health is that strollers can breathe in the phytoncide when strolling in the woods. Since such a phytoncide emits peculiar perfumes of trees, a user can select and use the phytoncide of his or her desired tree. That is, when the user wishes to have pine tree perfume, he or she can use the phytoncide extracted from the pine tree.

[33] Such a natural perfume component may be mixed in 3 to 10wt part. When the natural perfume component is mixed in less than 3wt part, a perfume effect becomes slight so that the user seldom feels the perfume. On the other hand, when the natural perfume component is mixed in more than 10wt part, step coverage and viscosity of the paint are reduced so that it reduces a function as a painting.

[34] In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a convenient con-

struction since the wood sheet can be attached only by removing the affixed paper from the wood sheet. More particularly, since the perfume paint layer 50 is made of natural materials, there is not occurred a volatile organic compound which causes a new house syndrome. And, since it is possible to gain an aroma therapy effect by a perfume emitted from the perfume paint layer 50, a user s health can be improved. Further, since the perfume emitted from the perfume paint layer 50 dilutes the perfume of volatile organic compounds emitted from other interior materials and a user s health is improved due to the aroma therapy, a user s health aggravation due to the volatile organic compounds emitted from the other interior materials can be counterbalanced or prevented. Further, since a flame proofing adhesive is used, a generation of poisonous gases is remarkably reduced when a fire is broken out so that it is easy to make an early extinguishing of a fire, thereby reducing a size of damage occurred by fire.

[35]

[36] Industrial Applicability

[37] In accordance with the present invention, there is provided a new and environment- friendly log sheet, wherein since a perfume paint layer made of natural materials is formed on the front of the wood sheet, volatile organic compounds do not emit and an aroma therapy effect due to perfume emitted from the perfume paint layer can be gained so that a user s health can be improved, and the perfume of volatile organic compounds emitted from the other interior materials is diluted and decreased so that a user s health aggravation is prevented. Further, since the wood sheet has an excellent flame proofing property due to the flame proofing adhesive, it is possible to make an early extinguishing of a fire, thereby reducing a size of damage occurred by fire. Further, since the adhesive layer is formed in a transfer method, a problem that the adhesive passes through the wood film 10 and the wood film 10 may be sticky is solved.

[38] Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been disclosed for illustrative purposes, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications, additions and substitutions are possible, without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention as disclosed in the accompanying claims.
