Abstract:
A woody floor comprises a substrate board (10), in which, patterns (14, 16) are carved on the surface of the board, and a tenon (102) and a groove (104) are set at the edges of the board (10). A producing process for a woody floor is also provided, which comprises the following steps: cutting wood material into a substrate board (10); manufacturing the tenon and the groove to form a basic plate; carving patterns (14, 16) on the surface of the basic plate by a computer laser carving machine or a woodworking carving device, or by hand engraving.
