Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a wool-needled fabric processing system and a processing method, specifically relating to the field of wool-needled fabric processing, comprising a support plate, an adjustment mechanism being provided on the top of the support plate, and a movement mechanism being provided on the bottom of the support plate. The adjustment mechanism comprises a fixing frame, the fixing frame being arranged on the top of the support plate. A shaft is fixedly provided on the fixing frame, the bottom end of the shaft extending out of the bottom of the fixing frame and extending into the interior of the support plate, and the shaft being connected to the support plate by means of a bearing. Adjustment assemblies are provided on two sides of the top of the support plate. In the present invention, by means of the design of the adjustment mechanism, a fabric can be fixed in place by means of a structure such as a rubber ring or a rubber cushion, and then the fabric can be wound by means of rollers, causing the fabric to be kept in a taut state, and thereby improving accuracy after wool is needled onto the fabric and ensuring the quality of the wool-needled fabric, in order to solve the problem in the prior art that when wool is needled onto fabric, the fabric must be tensioned.
