Abstract:
The present invention provides a work acceptance device which enables a work-provider to accept work with high levels of satisfaction and consent. This work acceptance device is provided with: a reception unit which receives a work request; an evaluation unit which, on the basis of work content of the work request received by the reception unit, generates an evaluation value concerning the work content; a timing setting unit which, on the basis of the evaluation value generated by the evaluation unit, sets a timing for a reply to the work request received by the reception unit; and an acceptance transmission unit which transmits, at the timing set by the timing setting unit, a message providing notification of the intention to accept the work of the work request received by the reception unit.
