Abstract:
A work assistance device (10) equipped with: a line-of-sight measurement unit (111) that measures line-of-sight information of a worker; a line-of-sight movement direction measurement unit (112) that, on the basis of the measurement result from the line-of-sight measurement unit (111), measures the line-of-sight movement direction, and outputs a measured amount for the line-of-sight movement direction; a skill level determination unit (114) that compares the measured amount to a prescribed standard amount, and that determines a skill level indicating the ability level of the worker in accordance with the comparison result; and an output control unit (102) that outputs from an information output unit (SP, 13) work assistance information in accordance with the skill level determined by the skill level determination unit (114).
