A work assistance device (40) comprises a bag information acquisition unit (72) that acquires the type of a blood bag set (10), an image acquisition unit (74) that acquires image data (56) captured by an installation member (34), an installation member determination unit (76) that determines whether the blood bag set (10) is installed at the installation member (34) on the basis of the image data (56), a storage unit (62) that stores installation procedures (70) that correspond to types of blood bag sets (10), and a display control unit (78) that makes a display device (46) display the installation procedure (70) that corresponds to the type of the blood bag set (10).
