Abstract:
Upon receiving a signal indicating the occurrence of a plurality of abnormalities, this information processing device displays the content of the plurality of abnormalities. The information processing device receives, for each abnormality, an input operation for assigning a worker to handle the abnormality. On the basis of the assignment, the information processing device notifies each worker's terminal device of the content of the abnormality to be handled by the worker. Each terminal device displays the content of the action to be taken to handle the abnormality. Each terminal device transmits progress information to the information processing device. The information processing device displays the progress information. The information processing device further receives an input operation for updating the assignment of workers to handle each abnormality. On the basis of the updated assignment, the information processing device notifies each worker's terminal device of the content of the abnormality to be handled by the worker.
