Abstract:
Provided is a work assistance system (100) which determines one process from among a group of processes represented with a tree structure, said system comprising: an instructor information acquisition unit (131) which acquires instructor information; an excluded region information acquisition unit (132) which acquires excluded region information which is associated with sibling nodes; a sibling node presentation unit (133) which presents at least a portion of the excluded region information which is associated with the sibling nodes; a sequence selection unit (134) which, on the basis of the presented plurality of instances of the excluded region information, acquires one node from among the sibling nodes which an instructor has selected; an associated information accumulation unit (135) which stores associated information in which the instructor information has been associated with work information in which the excluded region information has been associated with a process which has been determined on the basis of a repetition of the presentation and selection of the plurality of instances of the excluded region information; and an inclination derivation unit (136) which derives inclination information from the associated information on the basis of the work information, said inclination information denoting an inclination of the process selection for each instance of the instructor information.
