Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To increase productivity by facilitating easy assembling operation and
effectively utilizing an inside area even when a conveyor line is provided in
the form of a circulating route, in a carrying device for carrying a work while performing
the assembling operation. [MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEMS] In a free-flow conveyor
line (1) in which the work is mounted on a pallet (2) having the floor surface running
approximately at the same height as a floor surface (5) for operation, a horizontal
curved part (3) is formed in a part of the line (1), the pallet (2) is divided into
first, second, and third divided pallets (2A, 2B, 2C) in the carrying direction,
and the first and second divided pallets (2A, 2B) are connected to the second and
third divided pallets (2B, 2C) by vertical pivot pins (9) so that the divided pallets
(2A, 2B, 2C) can be rotated relative to each other in a horizontal plane.
