Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a base (2); a movable unit (3) movably supported by the base (2); and a liquid supply unit (5) that supplies liquid (4) to the movable unit (3). The movable unit (3) has a work unit (3b) that consumes the liquid (4). The liquid supply unit (5) comprises a tank (9) for liquid, arranged at a lower position than the movable unit (3) and having the movement thereof restricted. The liquid supply unit (5) comprises a flexible tubular member (10) that extends from the tank (9) for liquid to the movable unit (3). The liquid supply unit (5) comprises a pump (11) provided in the movable unit (3). The pump (11) is configured so as to supply the liquid (4) that is inside the tank (9) for liquid to a work unit (3a), through the tubular member (10). The liquid (4) does not leak even if a hole is opened in the tubular member (10) that guides the liquid (4) from the tank (9) to the movable unit (3).
