A trouble classification ID and a cause ID are mutually mapped to each of a work index and a guidance ID. When an operator designates a period and a work index to be inspected, a result from the designated work index in the designated period is obtained. Further, the "trouble classification ID and cause ID" associated with the designated work index are extracted, and a message outputted during the designated period is extracted on the basis of a guidance rule associated with the extracted "trouble classification ID and cause ID". A line graph (1411) indicative of a trend of the results of the designated work index in the designated period, a bar graph (1421) indicative of the period the message is outputted, and a message (1422) corresponding to the bar graph (1421) are displayed.
