The present invention provides a work hood that allows free rotation in a work box, thus giving a wide work area, and in which decontamination work can be easily performed on a seal part at the boundary between the work hood and the work box. A rotation support that rotatably supports an entire half-suit is provided. The rotation support has a base part, a rotating part, a bearing part, a seal member, and a communication hole. The base part is provided airtightly and annularly around an opening part, and the rotating part is provided, with a hem part of the half-suit being fixed thereto, around the base part via the bearing part. The seal member is provided annularly in an annular space formed by the base part and the rotating part, so as to serve as a partition between the work box and the external environment. The communication hole is provided so as to open toward the external environment from an annular small space, which is formed by the seal member together with the base part, the rotating part, and the bearing part, and is connected with a supply means for supplying decontamination gas etc. to the inside of the small space and with a suction means for suctioning clean air etc. from the inside of the small space.
