Abstract:
A work instruction assistance device comprises: an information storing unit (11) that stores work reference information (D111 – D119), which is basic information for managing a lift, and lift operation information (D121) acquired from sensors (A1 – A5) mounted to the lift; a work priority setting unit (15) that is an information processing device to set work priorities on the basis of the work reference information (D111 – D119) and lift operation information (D121) stored in the information storing unit (11); and a work instruction creating unit (16) that is an information processing device to create work instruction content in accordance with the work priority set by the work priority setting unit (15) that is an information processing device. The invention allows installation, maintenance, and inspection work to be efficient and work quality to be stable by eliminating reliance on experienced workers.
