Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of work machine heat dissipation, and provides a work machine hydraulic control system, a control method and a work machine. The work machine hydraulic control system comprises: an actuation element used for driving a component connected to the actuation element to operate; an oil source, a closed loop being formed between the oil source and the actuation element; a heat dissipation mechanism used for reducing the temperature of the hydraulic control system; a temperature measurement module used for measuring and displaying a change of the temperature of hydraulic oil in the hydraulic control system; and a controller receiving a signal output by the temperature measurement module and controlling, when the temperature of the hydraulic oil exceeds a preset value, the heat dissipation mechanism to work so as to reduce the temperature of the hydraulic control system. The work machine hydraulic control system provided by the present application may perform heat dissipation and temperature reduction on at least one of an actuation element of a main winch, the entire hydraulic control system and hydraulic oil, satisfies the requirements for high-frequency and long-time continuous operation of a work machine, and reduces the heat productivity of the work machine, thereby improving the work efficiency of the work machine.
