Disclosed is a structure for mounting a tooth (2) such that use is made of a mounting pin assembly (4) which is inserted into through holes (2a, 3a) that are drilled through a tooth (2) and an adapter (3). Use is made of a stepless metal mounting pin (11) as a component member of the mounting pin assembly (4), which serves to fix the tooth (2) so that the same will not fall off under a force acting in such a direction as to separate the tooth (2) from the adapter (3). Bushings (14a, 14b), bolts (12a, 12b), and washers (13a, 13b) are used to prevent this mounting pin (11) from falling off the through holes (2a, 3a). All of these members are made of metal.
