Abstract:

This invention comprises: a rotary hydraulic motor (23) and a rotary electric motor (101) for driving an upper rotary body (2), which is the common object to be driven; a hydraulic pump (22) for supplying a pressurized oil to the rotary hydraulic motor (23); a capacitor (104) for supplying electricity to the rotary electric motor (101); an operation device (26) that outputs, with a single operation, an operation signal for simultaneously actuating the rotary hydraulic motor and the rotary electric motor; and a main controller (30) that switches between a hydraulic-only drive mode in which only the rotary hydraulic motor, of the rotary hydraulic motor and the rotary electric motor, is driven when the operation device is operated, and an electric-only drive mode in which only the rotary electric motor, of the rotary hydraulic motor and the rotary electric motor, is driven when the operation device is operated. Thus, an actuator with an abnormality can be specified easily from among a plurality of onboard actuators.
