Abstract:
In order to control the increase rate of a pump discharge flow rate for a turning action in response to a moment of inertia and an operation amount, and to achieve both energy efficiency and operability with respect to the turning action, this work machine is provided with: a turning body 2 provided on an upper part of a traveling body 1; a work implement 3 attached to the turning body 2; a turning motor 16; a hydraulic pump 22; a regulator 24; a directional control valve 31; and an operation device 34, wherein the work machine is further provided with: a target maximum flow rate computing unit 53 for computing a target maximum flow rate Qmax of the pump in response to a turning operation amount Ps; a flow rate increase rate computing unit 55 for computing an increase rate dQ of a command flow rate of the hydraulic pump 22 on the basis of the moments of inertia N and the turning operation amounts Ps of the turning body 2 and the work implement 3; a command flow rate computing unit 56 for computing a command flow rate Q(t) on the basis of the increase rate dQ when considering the target maximum flow rate Qmax as an upper limit; and an output unit 57 for outputting a command signal Sf to the regulator 24 in response to the command flow rate Q(t).
