This work machine is provided with: a determination controller that determines an abnormality of a vehicle body state; and an information controller that performs an abnormality notification process for notifying of occurrence of an abnormality to at least one of a plurality of notification subjects on the basis of the determination result of the determination controller. The information controller has a notification setting table which has defined therein in advance, for respective types of abnormalities determined by the determination controller: notification subjects and a notification method at the time of the abnormality occurrence; notification monitoring time which serves as a criterion for determining a change of the notification subjects and the notification method; and notification subjects and a notification method after the lapse of the notification monitoring time from the occurrence of the abnormality. When the abnormality occurs in the vehicle body state, the information controller performs the abnormality notification process on the basis of the notification setting table. Thus, it is possible to appropriately give a notification to subjects including an operator when an abnormality occurs in a machine body of the work machine or when the machine body state requires notification giving.
