Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to enable vendors to easily update order acceptance readiness information, thereby enabling an vendee to obtain accurate and concise order acceptance readiness information in real time from many vendors. A server device 4 of the work order acceptance readiness information communication system has: a recording area 24 for information which identifies a scheduled first available day to be updated by each vendor 1; a scheduled-first-available-day calculation means 6 for calculating a scheduled first available day from the scheduled-first-available-day identification information when responding to a request from a user terminal of an vendee (order acceptance readiness information browser 2); a days-until-scheduled-first-available-day calculation/display means 7 for further calculating, at this time, the number of days or business days between the date of that day and the scheduled first available day, and for causing the scheduled first available day and the number of days or business days to be displayed adjacent to each other together with vendor information of the registered vendor on the vendee's screen; and a small-size item acceptance readiness information recording area 26 for recording the number of days or hours which is less than or equal to a half of the number of days between that day and the scheduled first available day.
