Abstract:
This server is provided with: a communication unit for receiving, from a terminal of an order-placing person, work request information which has been inputted by the work order-placing person and which includes work descriptions and work time zones corresponding to the work descriptions; a requested skill level determination unit for determining, on the basis of the work request information received by the communication unit, a requested skill level representing remote control skills required of an operator by the work order-placing person; an operator database in which respective skill levels of a plurality of operators are stored; and an information list generation unit for extracting, from the operator database, operators whose skill levels are equal to or above the requested skill level and generating operator list information that is used to present the extracted operators to the work order-placing person, wherein the communication unit transmits the operator list information to the terminal of the order-placing person.
